Learn to see your products and services through your customer’s eyes and develop a new sales pitch using this approach.
Just like your first presentation at school, your driving test, or your last exam, this is often a daunting prospect for entrepreneurs and particularly those from a technical background. Rather than think of your product or service from your own perspective, you must look at the world from the perspective of your customer in order to grasp what it is that they are buying, rather than what you think you are selling……this is perhaps the most critical component in developing an effective sales pitch and is the bedrock of this workshop.
