What will Growth Factory cover?
Day 1: Evaluate
Situation Analysis & Growth Vision
Post Covid, many leaders announced their intention to build back their business more resiliently, but not many knew how to do so. Now is the time to take action.
Using the 3Es concept, we will help delegates assess their business’ current situation in the face of new adverse economic conditions.
We will focus on your ability to deliver products and services when disruptive change happens, assess your operations, your performance and profitability so that you can identify gaps and put plans in place to rebuild better.
*The 3Es model is a tool used to assess performance against inputs. The 3Es stand for: Economy, Efficiency, and Effectiveness.
The day will conclude with the HUDDLE:
Problem solving session based on the challenges faced by the delegates attending on the day and facilitated by the advisors.
Day 2: Envision
Growth Strategy Development
We will help delegates develop a vision for the future and put plans in place to make it happen.
The day will start with identifying and prioritising your drivers for growth. Then we will define business objectives for the next three years and finally explore tactics to achieve your goals. This will translate into a full growth strategy and a single page plan to take things forward.
Day 2 will conclude with the HUDDLE:
Problem solving session based on the challenges faced by modern businesses and facilitated by the advisors.
Day 3: Execute
Sales & Marketing Action Planning
We will help you take stock of your marketing activities, get rid of the time wasters and focus on what works for your target market right now.
You will explore how to embed digital marketing practices to provide unique opportunities for your business.
You will learn about the power of storytelling for more effective marketing activities.
Sessions will be held face-to-face in Manchester City Centre at The Studio, Lever Street.
