The purpose of this Workshop is not to persuade you to do social media, or do more of it - the aim is to provide you with the information and latest evidence to allow you to decide whether social media is right for your business, and if so which platforms are best suited for your customers. The Workshop provides the latest facts, figures and research on Social Media and how you can use it to benefit your business and make it part of your strategic approach to business growth, rather than just something you have to do. We’ll also show you how to understand the unwritten rules of social networking and use it to create powerful connections with your customers and partners.
