Social Media

This Workshop looks at social media. The session will introduce you to the very latest evidence about the use of social media by businesses and talk you through what has been shown to work, and what hasn’t. We’ll show you quickly how to get to grips with the unwritten etiquette of social media, how to create a strategic approach which delivers clear business benefits, how to choose the right platform for you, and how to avoid tweeting about your dinner.

You’ll leave the day with an outline of your social media strategy, lots of tips and tricks to try and a good understanding of the different platforms.

The purpose of this Workshop is not to persuade you to do social media, or do more of it - the aim is to provide you with the information and latest evidence to allow you to decide whether social media is right for your business, and if so which platforms are best suited for your customers. The Workshop provides the latest facts, figures and research on Social Media and how you can use it to benefit your business and make it part of your strategic approach to business growth, rather than just something you have to do.

We will look at questions such as -
Are you on too many social media platforms? Are you on the wrong social media platforms? Who is your target audience and which social media platforms do they use? How much time should you spend on social media? What should you say on social media?
