With a specialization in Psychology, specifically Business Psychology and Learning and Development, Arhama thrives on collaborating with diverse businesses to elevate the skills of their teams. Arhama is adept at formulating comprehensive Learning and Development strategies, spanning from strategic planning to execution, and utilizes psychometrics to enhance team members' skills. This tailored approach enables the creation of strategies that align with individual personalities, fostering a connection between personal attributes and organizational needs.

Jane Duffy

Jane has had an exciting 3 years working at the Growth Company, contributing her skills and passion for fostering growth, helping businesses thrive and individuals excel.

In the capacity as a Workforce Development Specialist, we play a key part in assisting organisations to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive culture. This involves implementing innovative and diverse approaches to recruiting and onboarding. Beyond the initial phase, our focus shifts to retaining these talented individuals by establishing effective tools for learning and development. We also emphasise the importance of a structured framework that encourages positive communication and feedback between management and employees. The goal is to foster an environment that promotes excellent performance and job satisfaction across the board.

Previously Jane has loved working in financial services as a people manager, having looked after teams of up to 50 over a 20-year period. Leveraging expertise in coaching, sales, service, performance management, training, and HR.
