In the capacity as a Workforce Development Specialist, we play a key part in assisting organisations to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive culture. This involves implementing innovative and diverse approaches to recruiting and onboarding. Beyond the initial phase, our focus shifts to retaining these talented individuals by establishing effective tools for learning and development. We also emphasise the importance of a structured framework that encourages positive communication and feedback between management and employees.
