In this workshop, the starting point will be to consider the fundamental purpose of performance management and what that means to your individual business – there is no one size fits all when it comes to performance management and appraisal. The workshop will take you on an exploratory journey to look at a range of examples and methods and the opportunity for interactive discussion for sharing of best practice and experiences of both appraising and being appraised.
The session will also help signpost you towards various free online tools, templates which you can use and adapt to meet your business needs.
