In the lead up to the Greater Manchester Green Summit on the 21st of March, this event will provide an insight into Greater Manchester’s contribution to the low carbon agenda by presenting the latest stats on the size and growth rate of the thriving green technologies and services sector and provide businesses that are already working in this space and those looking to diversify, the knowledge and confidence to capitalise on the opportunities this sector has to offer.
This will be followed by structured discussion providing local Greater Manchester based SMEs the opportunity to provide their insight into what measures need to be implemented to ensure the City’s ambitious green agenda is met, consider possible recommendations for submission to the Green Summit, and inform the development of a proposed new Green Charter for the region.
