June ‘Helping your Business Grow’ Breakfast, Apple Store, Trafford
Join us for the next breakfast event in the ‘Helping your Business Grow’ series which will be hosted at the Apple Store, intu Trafford Centre.
With Venturefest Manchester 2016 taking place only three months later, the event will focus on innovation and will feature a guest speaker from a company where innovation and R&D are fundamental to the success of the business.
Tim Hall, Director of Healthy Step and a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme at Manchester Metropolitan University, will outline his journey from a professional career in traditional textile companies to moving into high performance materials and starting up Healthy Step.
The company has been designing, developing and manufacturing insoles/orthotics and footbeds for the foot health care market, including private healthcare professionals and NHS Podiatric departments, in the UK for over a decade.
Having experienced radical changes in the medical market over the past five years, the business has evolved by offering online sales whilst developing innovative products using 3D design and rapid prototyping to improve its product portfolio.
Tim will also share how working with the Business Growth Hub has helped him develop growth plans for the next three years focusing on new product development and innovative marketing with the ambition to double turnover and expand to Central and Eastern Europe markets.
