Enterprising You: Starting Your Business - Manchester

The session will introduce you to the three main areas that people starting up in business worry about the most. Having the right mindset and aptitude, how to market products and services and managing finance.

You will be given top tips on building the right frame of mind to spot opportunities and reduce fear. You will be educated on what marketing really means when you are a small business and how to put together a strategy that’s realistic and manageable. You will also gain confidence in how to make sales, manage costs and figuring out tax.

As this workshop is fully-funded, businesses are subject to eligibility criteria:

• Pre-revenue businesses only, i.e. individuals residing in Greater Manchester that have an idea for a business, or are starting up but have not made any sales
• They also required not to have had any pre-start support from GM Business Growth Hub within the last 2 years
