Each half day session can be attended as a stand alone workshop - or you may wish to attend the full Pure Leadership Programme.
Self-awareness is the starting point on the journey to great leadership.
As a leader it is understanding the need to be the authentic you. It is about focussing on yourself and understanding how your thoughts, internal values and beliefs inform your actions and behaviours. Developing and improving your self-awareness enables you to objectively evaluate the impact you have on yourself, those you lead and your organisation.

In this workshop we will explore how to empower and develop individuals so you can unlock their full potential, the art of giving meaningful feedback and how to create collaborative and high performing teams.
Attendees will explore tools, theory models and techniques for the following:

- Adapting your leadership approach and style to ensure you get the best from yourself and the people around you
- Key ingredients to create and maintain high performing teams
- Tools to improve individual and team performance through effective one to one and feedback conversations
