Manufacturing Champions
Lead with the best
The Manufacturing Champions was established to provide ambitious executives access to the leaders of some of the most productive factories in Greater Manchester.
The Network enables busy manufacturers to take time out of the factory to consider the long-term strategy for their business.
Practical workshops and factory tours
Over a series of events, delegates will hear from experts on methodology proven to boost productivity, hear first-hand accounts from the Champions personal experience of the topic and participate in workshops and round table discussion to take away a plan to integrate these methods within their operation.
There is also the opportunity to explore local businesses with recent factory tours including: Luxfer MEL Technologies, Siemens Congleton, Crane Payment Innovations, Crystal Doors abd J.A Harrison.
The events are exclusively for manufacturers, by manufacturers, providing a forum for mentoring, peer learning and collaboration.
“The Manufacturing Champions events provide tangible support for aspiring SMEs from established manufacturing leaders.
"The time and expertise which the Champions have been able to offer our business has been invaluable to JA Harrison, enabling us to feel confident in the changes we’ve made to our business and providing a direct route to growth.”
Martin Shepherd, Production Director, JA Harrison & Co Ltd
