Bringing her extensive network of contacts and broad sector knowledge to the team, Amy specialises in helping green tech and services companies to identify new sales opportunities, raise their profile, and expand their network of contacts. Amy holds an MSc in Environmental Monitoring, Modelling and Reconstruction.
Vicky has over seven years' experience working in the low carbon and environmental goods and service (LCEGS) sector, both commercially and as a business support advisor assisting in the development and growth of companies in the sector. Vicky has a sound understanding of the LCEGS sector and its capabilities and specialises in supporting companies in the sector to identify new opportunities and raise their profile in Greater Manchester. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Landscape Planning and Management.
Having had more than a decade of experience working in data and research, specialising in behaviour change in environmentally friendly practices, Agnes supports the Green Technologies and Services team, as well as the Resource Efficiency team as the Technical Support Officer. Agnes is also an experienced public speaker with a focus to inspire the audience into sustainable action and has been nominated as one of edie 30 under 30: the next generation of sustainability leaders. Agnes holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences.
Katherine is a skilled and knowledgeable business advisor with over 13 years’ experience working within the Green Technologies and Services sector. As co-founder of a low carbon consultancy, Katherine brings first-hand experience of running a small business coupled with specialist knowledge of the sector. With a passion for helping small businesses to thrive, Katherine has worked on numerous business support programmes and continues to use her sector insight and business acumen to advise clients on topics such as sales & marketing, exporting, business planning and market research.
Thalia joined the Green Growth team in March 2017 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Environmental Management. Her role of trainee Green Tech advisor has a variety of aspects, including market research and raising the profile of Green Technology sector companies. Thalia also manages the team's digital content and light-touch services including Green Intelligence and Low Carbon Network.
Dan has been working in Greater Manchester’s green technologies and services sector since 2013, joining the Business Growth Hub from a background in energy reporting, large-scale renewables and energy storage.

With a BSc in Geography, Jack's passion is finding solutions to ongoing challenges in existing cities. His past experiences involved completing diverse practical work commissioned by municipalities, governing bodies and the private sector in both Finland and The Netherlands. In Turku, Jack was heavily involved in consulting and advising with key stakeholders in order to implement smart and sustainable solutions for a new residential area and shopping centre in the city.
Aspa is an experienced events management professional, who has delivered a variety of B2B events within the commercial and third sectors. Aspa manages the Green Technologies & Services team's programme of events and workshops, which include the Switched On masterclass series. Aspa also manages the Manufacturing and Engineering team's programme of events which are held across the North West and delivers the Manufacturing Champions event programme.
Rebecca is a Human Geography graduate from the University of Salford with experience in the environmental sector. She has previously worked for leading sustainability focused organisations like City of Trees and Groundwork, as well as completed an internship with the Environmental & Sustainability team at UoS. Rebecca's background in the environmental industry enables her to play a key role in the coordination of the delivery of both the Green Technologies & Services and Resource Efficiency programmes. Alongside supporting the day-to-day operations of both teams, Rebecca also contributes to the further development of the Green Tech team's service offer focusing on the Nature Based Solutions sector.
Tolu is a Chartered Environmentalist with over seventeen years’ experience in Environmental Management and Sustainability and has recently joined the Business Growth Hub. She has a background working with manufacturing, marine, public and third sector.
Tolu specialises in supporting SMEs around policy drivers that affect the market, business planning and raising clients' company profile. Tolu holds an MSc in Environmental Strategy.
