Meet Your Presenter
Thomas Lebor | Scale-Up Advisor & Mentor
Thomas Lebor is a serial entrepreneur, business advisor and mentor with more than 20 years' experience starting, scaling and leading successful businesses.
Having founded and grown two multi-million-pound businesses, Thomas has led teams of up to 350 people and worked with globally recognised organisations including UNICEF, EDF Energy, O2, Oxfam, Royal Bank of Scotland and Accenture.
Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Thomas has experienced first-hand the realities of building a business, from the excitement and rewards of rapid growth to the pressures, challenges and frustrations that every scaling business faces. In the early years, he grew businesses quickly but often found himself constantly firefighting. It was through working with an exceptional business mentor that he learned a fundamental lesson: your values are not a barrier to business success; they are the foundation of it.
Since then, Thomas has developed and refined a set of practical frameworks and business principles that help leaders build high-performing teams, create strong cultures and scale sustainably. His approach combines commercial success with integrity, helping business owners achieve profitable growth without compromising the values that matter most to them.
Today, Thomas's mission is to empower purpose-driven and values-led leaders to turn their vision into reality, build exceptional businesses and create the life they want.
