Ishan is a founder of an ecommerce company in the beauty space with over 20 years experience in international marketing, sales and general business management and senior management experience at L'Oreal, Henkel, Essilor and Symantec in various countries around the world. He has a Master's degree from Oxford, an MBA from INSEAD, France and loves to work with small and medium sized companies and help them scale internationally.

With 20+ years experience at Fortune100 (SAP, Johnson & Johnson) and pattern-breaking startups in the US, Singapore, ASEAN, Japan UK and 3 patents, Edy Heng will bring you through coherent and strategic views of the world of technology and business with cultural aspects embedded throughout his experiences in different companies and countries.
