We're taking leaders on an inspiring, strategic and transformational journey through Pure Leadership, our series of four in-person workshops designed to help Greater Manchester businesses develop confident, effective and future-ready leaders.

Delivered by GM Business Growth Hub's Leadership team, the programme is aimed at ambitious leaders and professionals looking to strengthen their leadership capabilities and drive positive change within their organisations.

Built around our four leadership pillars: Leading Self, Leading Organisation, Leading People and Leading Innovation and Change. Each workshop explores the behaviours, skills, values and mindsets that underpin successful leadership. Participants will gain practical tools, insights and techniques that can be applied to their own leadership challenges, helping them build confidence, enhance performance and create lasting impact within their teams and organisations.
