The GM Business Growth Hub has welcomed four new specialists to its Digital, Creative and Tech (DCT) team, significantly enhancing its ability to support Greater Manchester’s thriving innovation ecosystem.

Each new team member brings a unique blend of experience, insight, and passion for the region’s digital and creative industries—further strengthening the Hub’s offer to businesses navigating growth, talent development, and market positioning.

Meet the New Starters

Tanya Arturi
A serial entrepreneur and academic, Tanya has founded four businesses and lectured at Manchester Metropolitan University. With an MSc in Digital Marketing Communications and co-authorship of Digital Business and E-Commerce Management, she specialises in growth hacking for UK tech startups. Tanya joins the Hub to help digital, tech, and cyber businesses scale, aligning her passion for Manchester with the organisation’s mission to drive regional economic development.

Jonathan Broadley
With over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, Jonathan supports tech businesses across Greater Manchester to sharpen their value propositions and attract the right customers. His pragmatic, growth-focused approach helps businesses evolve their marketing maturity and unlock new opportunities in competitive markets.

Dunstan Carter
A familiar face in Manchester’s creative ecosystem, Dunstan brings 16 years of experience in media, tech, and creative industries. From leading business development at a major digital campus to launching high-profile media events, Dunstan joins the Create Growth programme to help creative businesses attract investment and scale with confidence. His background in art and storytelling adds a unique dimension to his strategic support.

Laura Bennett
Joining as a Workforce Development Sector Specialist, Laura brings extensive experience in talent strategy and leadership training across public, private, and third sectors. Her award-winning programmes have spanned the UK, South Africa, and India. At the Hub, Laura will help DCT businesses overcome workforce challenges and promote inclusive employment practices through tailored development solutions.
