The 18th October saw GC Business Growth Hub hold a fabulous dinner for our mentors as a thank you for the hard work, support and commitment that is provided to enable our clients to continue to grow and develop, ensuring the continued success of our mentoring programme. Beastro, Spinningfields, hosted our evening, their founder Richard, a client of GC BGH spoke of the support he has had on his journey and the impact on his business.
Throughout the evening, insights were shared on results and successes of the clients receiving support across the Hub with focus on the successes of clients receiving mentoring support. An insightful panel discussion around the future of mentoring, mentoring styles, formats/techniques and how mentors find the programme rewarding took place. Thanks to our panellists Jaan Scott, Liz Needham, Justin Gilchrist and Tracey Rush who spoke passionately and honestly on these topics.
Throughout the evening mentors networked, shared ideas and a wonderful 3-course meal.
