Siemens to showcase digital transformation at Transform 2022

Siemens is hosting a free two-day conference and exhibition in Manchester on 12-13 July 2022 where leaders and technology experts will demonstrate how to improve productivity and sustainability.

The free-of-charge event at Manchester Central, Transform 2022, will bring together hundreds of industry leaders, influencers and regulators from across the UK and Ireland to collaborate and solve some of industry’s most pressing organisational challenges.

Keynote speeches and panels at the event will focus on four transformation topics:

  • Business Resilience
  • Transforming Industry
  • What’s Next in Tech
  • Transforming Infrastructure

In addition, the programme includes nine challenge roundtables and 24 infrastructure and industry ‘tech talks’ covering vital topics such as decarbonisation, digitalisation, future of automation, the pathway to net zero, cybersecurity, rethinking skills, and responding to COVID-19.

Brian Holliday, Managing Director UK & Ireland, Siemens Digital Industries, said:

“Transform creates an opportunity for a much-needed conversation – the chance to hear from industrial companies on how they’re progressing and investing in digitisation despite tough supply, skills and cost conditions.

“The pace of change is accelerating.  The right skills and technologies make a huge difference; however, firms fail to invest due to lack of knowledge of what’s possible. Transform will help unlock the potential behind industrial digital technologies in the right hands in an informal but expert environment, with great cross-industry case studies and survey results that will help us answer the questions – how we can make industry more competitive, productive and sustainable?”
