North West manufacturers listed in Fastest 50 companies

The Greater Manchester Fastest 50 highlights the fastest growing privately-owned companies in Greater Manchester and surrounding regions.

The initiative is organised by Ward Hadaway, supported by the Manchester Evening News, and recognises businesses with the highest increase in turnover.

Four manufacturing firms from Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Liverpool City Region have been included this year, representing a range of industries across the region.

Granada Material Handling Ltd, Rochdale

The business design, manufacture and install industrial lifting equipment, including advanced material handing equipment for the automotive, construction, aerospace and renewables sector.

LPW Technology, Runcorn

This advanced manufacturing firm produce metal powders and alloys for 3D printing. They specialise in Additive Manufacturing research and development and service customers in aerospace, automotive, energy, life sciences and tooling industries.

Proseal, Adlington

This manufacturing firm supply the food and drink sector with tray sealing machinery for the retail of convenience foods, produce and meat. The machines capture data which can be used for reporting and to connect with other computer systems.

Sanko Gosei UK Ltd, Skelmersdale

The global firm UK production base has been shortlisted. The UK arm was established in 1986 and design and manufacture injection moulding tooling for a number of industries.

The Fastest 50 Awards will be held in Manchester on Friday 18 May when awards will be given to the fastest growing small, medium and large businesses.
