Engineer your success in global markets

Engineering firms looking to expand market reach are invited to an event which will help them access finance and fully-funded support to export.

The Department for International Trade (DIT) and the University of Bolton are hosting an event on 18 April, designed to support manufacturing and engineering firms to export their products and services.

Selling overseas presents a huge opportunity for businesses to increase sales and achieve growth. At the event, delegates will learn about opportunities to grow engineering services internationally through the 'Enhancing SMEs International Trade Performance' project funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and DIT.

Engineering’s role in Britain’s economic health has been set out in a new report that reveals the sector is responsible for £280bn of the country’s gross value added – a fifth of the UK’s total.

The event is held at the University of Bolton on 18 April 2018 from 07:45 - 09:30 and is free to attend.
