Shah is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Aston University with significant experience in the transportation industry. He has previously worked at DHL on their lorry transport network as a data administrator, as well as supported Network Rail's projects on the railway tracks. Shah has also worked at Transport for Greater Manchester on various sustainability projects across GM.
Shah's engineering background combined with his administration experience enable him to play a key role in the coordination of the delivery and the day-to-day running of the manufacturing team's different contracts and programmes respectively.
Matt works with Manufacturing clients to help them achieve productivity gains. Experienced in project delivery, he supports businesses through the grant application process and helps them to deliver results.
Nick has over 20 years' experience of implementing Lean and overseeing Six Sigma Improvement projects.
Originally employed as a graduate Polymer scientist he has subsequently been employed in technological, continuous improvement and senior line management roles in automotive, textiles and secure printing manufacturing organisations.
Nick is very hands-on and likes to understand and analyse problems, questioning perceptions and speaking with data. He has significant experience in facilitating change having previously worked as a Manufacturing Advisory Service advisor and has undertaken Lean transformations in automotive, aerospace, food and textile manufacturing companies.
He has also trained over 30 six sigma greenbelts, and specialisesin understanding and controlling variation and risk within the manufacturing process.
Most recently, Nick was employed as the Quality and OPEX manager in a secure print company – ensuring that the productivity, quality and process capability targets for the imminent £20 plastic banknote were achieved to the satisfaction of the client.

Isabella provides operational support to the Manufacturing team, covering compliance, reporting and processing the Manufacturing Growth Fund grants for manufacturers in the North West. She is an experienced Project Manager with a strong sales background in the financial world.
Having grown up in Lancashire and living in Manchester for almost 8 years, Isabella is very passionate about supporting the North West community.
As a University of Manchester, Spanish and Italian Studies alumni, Isabella has also visited and worked in Bologna and Seville and in her free time enjoys running, cycling or surfing across the UK
With a background in Manufacturing Engineering, Rachel has spent her career working in both manufacturing and operational environments. She has a broad range of experience including efficiency improvement projects, supply chain, inventory control, process mapping and implementation and improvement of ERP systems.
Most recently, Rachel was employed as a Business Process Manager, employed to improve the efficiency, accuracy and profitability of the Business Stream, requiring detailed data analysis, process analysis and improvement, ERP system improvement (SAP) and employee training.
