How it works

Manufacturing Peer Networks is a one-off programme bringing together the sector’s senior figures in an online network.

The network consists of 11 senior managers, directors, founders and owners from the manufacturing SME community and is led by a professional facilitator. The group will usually meet online once a fortnight, over a three-month period, to discuss a series of common business challenges.

All topics discussed in the sessions are selected by the individuals in the group, as they work together to create tangible solutions in a collaborative, confidential and non-competitive environment.

Individual one-to-one support will also be provided to help to implement and manage change within each individual business.
