The Energy Services and Technology Association (ESTA) are holding a regional event in Salford on 11 May to help companies meet energy professionals and learn about reducing energy demand.
It is one of four events taking place across the country in 2017 by ESTA, a trade body made up of members that provide energy efficiency technologies or services.
The regional conferences highlight, discuss and showcase energy management best practice, providing visitors with need-to-know policy information, case studies and networking opportunities with class-leading technology and service companies.
The full-day conference in Salford will include a guide to future energy prices, panel sessions on how to choose the right solutions after energy audits and how to engage with service and technology providers, and additional sessions on the business case for energy training within an organisation and understanding demand-side response.
Todd Holden, director for low carbon at the Greater Manchester Business Growth Hub, will also lead a session on energy, the environment and sustainability - helping companies to understand lifecycles, energy, waste and carbon footprints to deliver a better business for the future.
