GC Business Growth Hub is running a fully-funded workshop in Manchester on 11 September to help businesses capture the value of empowering employees to save energy.
The morning workshop has been designed to provide SMEs in Greater Manchester with useful, low cost methods of engaging staff that can be embedded into existing business practices and sustained over time.
Behaviour change has proven to be an effective approach to reducing energy consumption in leading companies, such as RBS Bank - which achieved estimated energy savings of £3 million in 2017.
Delegates will learn how to implement staff engagement and culture change programmes, maintain staff motivation and manage resistant staff.
The workshop will take place in Trafford Park on 11 September. For more information and to register interest, click here.
