Are you facing one of the common challenges many business owners and senior executives face – too much to do and not enough time?
This session will give you an introduction to GTD® – the acclaimed Getting Things Done methodology, a systematic way of managing workload that enables you to get more of the right things done with a lot less stress.
It is NOT full training in the GTD methodology (this takes at least a full day) – but you WILL take away valuable tips for managing workflow and an insight into a solution that actually works - people who practice GTD report that GTD® increases their productivity as much as 15-20% and dramatically reduces their stress.
The presenter, Miles Seecharan, is a certified GTD® trainer and coach and a Senior Associate with Next Action Associates, the only company certified to teach GTD® in the UK & Ireland. Their clients include KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Nestlé & Siemens.
