Digital Marketing

This masterclass focusses on digital marketing and how you can use it to grow your customer base and improve your profit. The sessions will introduce you to the basic concepts of digital marketing, show you how to get started and introduce you to tips and tricks to increase your impact.

You’ll leave the day with an outline of your digital marketing strategy and key actions to get you started.

Ruth Thomas from Ruby Star Associates will lead you through the masterclass, introducing you to the latest evidence about what really works for businesses and drawing on experience from the thousands of small businesses that the multi-award winning team at Ruby Star Associates have supported to grow and thrive.

This is a highly interactive session which includes evidence-informed facilitation exercises. There is an outline agenda but this will be shaped and varied based on the needs of the businesses at the session. It is useful if you come to the session with a clear idea of what you need to get out of it for your business, so we can adapt the session accordingly.

All participants will receive a workbook with notes, examples, exercises and resources to allow them to continue to develop their learning after the session.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Working with others (and with input from the facilitator) you’ll devise an outline digital marketing strategy to get you started. There is also time for questions, answers and ideas.
