This practical session includes live tool demonstrations and guided exercises, so delegates are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to fully engage with the activities.
You’ll learn how to craft effective prompts to get the best results from AI tools and explore real-world case studies showing how AI can boost marketing performance and improve productivity. Through demonstrations of leading platforms, we’ll also cover ethical and secure usage, along with best practices for implementation.
By the end of the session, you’ll have identified meaningful opportunities to apply AI within your own organisation through group discussions and hands-on activities.

Analysing how a business can use the advancement of AI to enhance its operations, develop new products and systems, and grow is her remit. Using a strategic and practical approach to achieve this has become fundamental to the support Judith delivers.

Lawrence Kwaasi is a Digital Innovation Specialist helping businesses harness AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies. He works with SMEs to navigate digital transformation, integrating intelligent systems, streamlining processes, and building innovation capability through data-driven solutions. He has designed and delivered AI and automation workshops, supporting organisations to apply large language models, machine learning, and workflow tools to boost productivity. Lawrence brings experience in business analysis, product ownership, agile leadership, cyber security, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on practical, secure, and measurable impact.
