Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm
Theme: Start a business, Business Strategy

Sorry this event has already taken place - please see our forthcoming events list

Business planning is a vital tool for any organisation looking to grow. For social enterprises, it is important to be able to demonstrate to external stakeholders such as potential funders what it is that you are trying to achieve as an organisation, and that you have the resources – or a plan to achieve the required level of resources – to realise your ambitions.

By the end of the session, attendees will have the essential knowledge to be able to complete their own business plan; they will know what external stakeholders are looking for and how to shape their plan to meet these expectations. They will also go away with a workable template for use within their organisation.

Speaker
