Whether you are starting your leadership journey or have been on it for a while, taking time to reflect on your personal direction is essential. In this workshop, you will discover various self-assessment tools and techniques that will help you gain insights into who you are as a leader and where you want to be in the future. You will leave with a roadmap for your continuing leadership and personal development journey.

The workshop is designed to raise awareness of your preferred ways leading and helping you reflect on the impact you have on those around you. 

You will leave with an understanding off a number of self-assessment tools and techniques you can utilise for your own leadership development and or share with your employees back in the workplace.

These are proven to help amongst other aspects, your own motivation, wellbeing and performance as well as that of the individuals and teams you lead.

  • Annual turnover less than €50m or balance sheet less than €43m
