There are three elements to the Make it Lean programme all with a part to play in your Lean thinking:

  • Lean Tools and Techniques
  • The process of identifying, prioritising and implementing Lean improvement projects
  • Measuring project benefits and linking them to business benefits – Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Lean thinking is about identifying and taking the next improvement step.

The Make it Lean course is that step.

The course is focused on developing problem solvers in organisations: everybody solving the right problems every day.

The course will provide:

  • The tools of problem solving.
  • The mechanism to ensure that problem solving is aligned to business growth: lower costs, better quality, delighted customers – quantified benefits from quantified opportunities.
  • The coaching habits and routines to empower and engage others in continuous improvement.
