The interactive session is based on the methodology developed by Google, designed to accelerate it’s development and delivery of new features and products.
The day is focused on enabling business leaders to look at opportunities and challenges from a new perspective, prioritise them and develop a pipeline of short, tangible and low cost mini-projects (“experiments”) that will help drive growth.
This workshop will give you and your team the opportunity to take a step back from day-to-day operations, and think creatively about how to grow internationally. Align your team, get clarity across the board and design high-impact experiments that can be implemented immediately.
