Aimed at businesses that provide everyday essential services, such as food retail, care sector, health and beauty, and retail,  this seminar will examine the challenges faced by this sector and how best to manage them.

Attendees will look at how to build financial resilience, risk assess their supply chain,  create a viable cash flow for the future, address their pricing strategy and how to ensure their own personal finance needs are considered.

Attendees will leave with and understanding of how to identify financial risks to their business, how to create a cash flow and personal survival budget and have a pricing strategy

Businesses that provide essential goods and services for day to day living -  food and drink sector,  hair and beauty,  market traders and high street retail, child care and elderly care sector. 

Bio of deliverer - Phil Starr

Phil brings over 9 years’ experience in setting up and growing new business. He has a strong financial background having previously established and ran his own financial services company for over 10 years and managing social finance organisations

Phil has significant experience in the psychology of sales motivation, retail and partnership networking having worked for several major Pharmaceutical Businesses.  His experience helps businesses to identify new markets and sales opportunities, driving business growth from a blank sheet and identifying who may be key drivers in new/existing markets.
