Location: Online - Zoom
Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm

This programme will demonstrate that Lean thinking isn't just for manufacturers, it is for all organisations keen to engage everybody in solving problems every day.

A Lean organisation is an organisation that listens closely to the voice of the customer and eliminates all activities, effort and cost that aren't valued by the customer. Every organisation is motivated to reduce costs now, with a desire to engage everybody solving that problem every day.

Lean thinking provides a process for that problem solving, identifying what the customer values and systematically eliminating the non value added activity and the associated cost.  Lean isn't just for making cars, it's for you and your cost reduction too.
