This session will cover the most important international differences that impact business when working on a global scale, or with colleagues and clients from other areas of the world.
Attendees will take away an understanding of how global differences impact all areas of business and ideas to start to overcome these barriers so that they can work more effectively with international partners, colleagues, and clients.
This three-hour bootcamp will provide:
- An introduction to intercultural differences
- A strong overview of the key areas your business needs to be aware of when working internationally
- How to understand differences between nations that impact relationship building and service/ product delivery, as well as use of time, trust, decision making and communication styles.
The workshop will be delivered by Kellie Noon with her business Onno Training. Kellie Noon is the founder of Onno, a UK-based consultancy specialising in global communications and business. Kellie strongly believes in the importance of developing lasting connections through real understanding of local differences and genuine engagement.
