Business leaders from across Greater Manchester are invited to our exclusive Roundtable event which is being delivered in collaboration with BGH Match and the Greater Manchester Leadership Hive. The Hive brings together the best leadership and management support from across the region.

We are delighted to be joined by Jon Nowell, Director of Small Business and Fibre for Every Business at TalkTalk. Jon's role focuses on the growth of SMB and SME business, while also bringing Ultrafast Full Fibre to every business premises and the great value connectivity that fast-growing businesses deserve all across the UK. Jon brings wide experience to continue our growth journey, having led diverse teams across start-ups and corporates, product development and revenue growth, as well as M&A activity.

Within the company, I previously directed Product, led Strategy in TalkTalk Technology and worked as Operations Director for Direct. I've also worked as Technical Director at Redstone Plc.

Facilitating the event will be Andy Hall. Andy is a Leadership Coach & Mentor, Facilitator and Public Speaker. He has hosted multiple Peer Networking cohorts on behalf of GC Business Growth Hub, the Global Entrepreneurship Network and is a speaker and curator for TEDx events. Andy has also been awarded National Leadership & Management Advisor of the Year, Mentor of the Year and Best Global Mentor and has worked with hundreds of businesses and mentors for GC Business Growth Hub.
