Join a network of Green Technology female leaders who share your ambition for business growth.
Female leaders from the Green Technologies and Service Sector in Greater Manchester have the chance to join an online network that connects businesses to support each other. Peer Networks brings Green Technology businesses together to learn from one another, share and discuss new ideas and grow their businesses by working through challenges.
Bringing together the sector’s senior figures in an online network, you will collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them. From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance.
The group will meet online once a fortnight, over a two-month period, to discuss a series of common business challenges. All topics discussed in the sessions are selected by the individuals in the group, as they work together to create tangible solutions in a collaborative, confidential and non-competitive environment.
Individual one-to-one support will also be provided to help to implement and manage change within each individual business as well as peer network alumni networking opportunities
