Fortnightly sessions are professionally facilitated to help solve business challenges, accelerate growth, develop leadership skills, and learn productivity techniques alongside other peers. Each participant has access to one-to-one executive coaching, to design a personal, robust plan to reinforce positive changes.
This successful support package consists of a personalised development plan including 4 fortnightly virtual peer group coaching sessions with carefully timed one-to-one executive coaching sessions for maximum impact. Completed in 3 months the impact can last for many years
