Three online workshops (each 4 hours) designed to develop the skills of team leaders and aspiring managers, looking to confidently make the transition from colleague to boss and from face-to-face interactions with team members to virtual ones.
Often team leaders have grown up with a company and, though good loyal and effective employees have never had any formal help, guidance, support or training in the field of Supervising, Managing or Leading. Therefore, the overall aim of this programme is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to lead their teams, in a way which maximises individual and team performance.
Impactful Leadership is a 3-step programme delivered by a highly skilled facilitator. It provides the perfect opportunity to learn, share and develop best practice tips and techniques, to help increase engagement and get the most out of your teams.
This is a 3-day programme, held on the 26 September, 03 October & 10 October, from 09:00 - 13:00 on all three days.
Our facilitator will work with you to develop your team leadership skills, improve your virtual impact and enhance your communication skills, to ensure you get the maximum engagement from your teams...no matter what the distance.

To be eligible, businesses must be:
- Based in Greater Manchester
- Business 2 business - Business 2 consumer businesses are ineligible due to ERDF guidelines
- SME - Small or medium enterprise i.e.: less than 249 employees
- Annual Turnover less than 50 Million Euro, Balance Sheet less than 43 million Euro
