HR is an important function in all companies, no matter the size of the organisation the legal obligations and risks are generally the same. In fact, the smaller your business, the harder you may fall if you get it wrong! However, for many people fulfilling the role of HR, this isn’t their only role and is often thrust upon them without any formal training.

Who is the Programme for?

If you’re a senior manager, a business owner or a director, there are plenty of issues you’ll have to deal with that you might consider to be HR’s responsibility: poor performance and performance reviews, absenteeism, recruitment and discipline, to name but a few.

While HR will handle employee relations, non-HR managers are the front line for these types of issue, knowing how to deal with them effectively will keep your employees motivated and productive.

During the workshops you’ll receive:

  • A powerful two-day training experience delivered online.
  • A confidential space with other welcoming first-time attendees.
  • Guidance from our highly supportive professional HR consultants who have supported hundreds of companies with their HR needs.
  • Top tips, quick wins and tools to take away and use in your own setting

Investing in your managers to equip them with the skills they need, and ensuring they are competent and innovative in their approach, can reap huge benefits and drive the future growth for your organisation.
