This two day engaging, interactive and thought provoking programme is designed for business leaders who are looking to refresh, enhance or review their leadership skills.
4 key areas each covered in a 3 hour session making up the 12 hours over 2 days:
- Inspiring leaders: What makes an inspiring leader? How does an inspiring leader act? How would an inspiring leader inspire others?
- Inspiring Goals: Clarity when goal setting, creatin inspiring goals, communicating inspiring goals
- Inspiring Mindset: The importance of mindset, Inspiring mindset for you, inspiring mindset for others
- Inspiring Communication: The important of good communication, creating inspiring communication, inspiring other to communicate
Targeted at Senior leader/Business owner in a business looking to grow. Subject to Business Growth and ERDF eligibility criteria.
