This workshop will be led by Hannah Cotton.
Hannah Cotton has over 17 years experience of using analytical tools to drive strategic and operational improvements, with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. Her TEDx #KillerStereotypes outlines how we must bring *everyone* on the journey, learning to recognise and remove barriers to progress. Her intersectional allyship expertise has supported large and small businesses alike, promoting the notion that we must lead ourselves in order to lead others. Everyone has a role to play in enhancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion — from the shop floor to the C-suite — and I will show you how.
Our Workshops are part-funded by European Regional Development Fund. The workshops are delivered free of charge to participants; however, as they are fully-funded, they are classed as state aid to participating businesses and are subject to state aid rules.
