Festival of Enterprise is a new, completely free event by Business Growth Hub taking place on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 at Kampus in central Manchester, between 10:30am-3.00pm.
There will be the opportunity meet experts, hear stories from Greater Manchester businesses that have been through the start-up journey and network with like-minded people. A chance to hear from, speak to and learn from people who have just set up or gown their business, as well as experts in every area of business start-up and growth.
You will be able to learn about all the support that is available across Greater Manchester for start-up businesses as well as speak to our Access To Finance team who can talk to you about funding options available.
We are also delighted to be using this event as an opportunity to relaunch our Recipe4Success programme. Past success stories from this programme include Didsbury Gun, Raw Bake and Four Sisters Distillery.
What is the Festival of Enterprise?
It’s a one-day festival, in central Manchester, that covers everything you need to know to start or grow your own business.
In true festival style, we’ll have a main stage, which will host high-profile speakers, keynotes, Q&As and panel discussions. Treat this main stage like you would treat The Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury. Everything on this stage is not-to-be-missed, and you’ll be sure to leave with some food for thought.
Next stop will be our smaller stages and break out spaces. Just like the smaller stages at a festival, these are tailored to specific needs and interests. If you’re looking for support or advice on one particular area, this is your place.
A festival also wouldn’t be a festival without market stalls serving food, drinks and products from local retailers, nor would it be a festival without live entertainment from musicians. We’ve got these covered, and what's more they too can tell you about their GC Growth Hub support experience!
There’s more! You’ll also get the opportunity to book slots to get access to free one-to-one advice from industry experts including lawyers, accountants and HR professionals.
You are welcome to move freely around the stages and different spaces, dipping in and out of whatever talks are of interest to you and your business throughout the day. We’re looking forward to welcoming you through our doors.
