Grow Your People, Grow Your Business - Mentoring Your People in the Workplace July

Date: 16th July 2021
Location: Online Event
Time: 9:30am - 12:30pm
Theme: People, Skills & Talent

Sorry this event has already taken place - please see our forthcoming events list

Many organisations have identified that they regularly lose key members of staff due to a lack of understanding of their individual challenges in the absence of a confidential sounding board (mentor). The experience of employees is often underutilised who can help colleagues make difficult decisions, learn quicker and build confidence.

All timings should be considered approximate – content should be managed to best meet the needs of the group and to maintain pace and engagement.

  • Introduction
  • What is Mentoring, what it isn’t.
  • How does mentoring benefit people and organisations.
  • Mentoring techniques, situational, transactional.
  • How to implement mentoring in your organisation.

 Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at all employees who are committed to their personal development, current/future line managers and encourages participation of all delegates by sharing their personal lessons and demystifies the semantics of mentoring. Uses traditional and blended types of mentoring and coaching techniques to fit many levels of knowledge irrespective of experience, length of service and position in their organisation.
