The Global Scale-up Programme, in partnership with GTM Global, is running a fully-funded, tailored clinic on 30th June from 15:00 - 18:00 on how to scope and define a deliverable Go to Market road-map for your US market launch / expansion planning. This session is also run on 30th June, please visit this page for more details.

The clinic will provide 1-2-1 advice, guidance and connections to mission-critical US in-country experts, to help assess, understand, and implement any US expansion, mitigating risk and increasing opportunity. Key areas covered include:

  • Accelerator programmes, Market Data, Accessing Regional Commercial & Academic Networks, Operating Cost Analysis, Grants & Tax Breaks – from Regional Governmental bodies on US West and East Coasts including, Greater Phoenix Economic Council and Fairfax County Economic Development Authority.
  • Operations, Supply Chain & Compliance – from US in country subject matter experts covering trademarking, IP, contracts, company set up, employment, accounting, tax management, sales tax, logistics, fulfilment, R&D / Patent Box Grants, HR, banking and international payment solutions. Advisers include – Thorelli & Associates, IMS, Avalara, Safeguard Global, AGBi & World First.
  • Go to Market USA Strategy – from these 1-2-1 session clinic engagements and working with the team at the Growth Co and GTM Global prepare your bespoke US expansion strategy.

Each delegate has access at the workshop to a maximum of eight, 30-minute personal consultations with each of the experts.
