Business growth in the post-COVID-19 economy
As lockdown restrictions ease, and we move towards the recovery phase of the pandemic, businesses are starting to refocus on planning for the future. By considering their route out of lockdown and establishing a clear strategic plan, employers can build long-term resilience and successfully transition from the recovery phase to the growth stage.
In a series of webinars, expert panellists will explore this topic, reflecting on the learnings of the past year and offering their insights on the future for business.
June is set to be the month that sees the biggest change yet to how we live with COVID-19, including an expected easing of the COVID-Secure requirements on businesses and the return of more staff to the workplace. Employers must begin to look to the future and consider the skills, training and support their workforce will need in order to return to pre-pandemic growth.
This session will include discussions on key issues including:
- What does the future of work look like? How can we build back better?
- Skills gap – finding and retaining the right people in uncertain times
- Long term impact on young people – approach to upskill and develop
- Managing health and wellbeing – agile working and returning to the workplace
