Many organisations have identified that they regularly lose key staff members due to a lack of understanding of their individual challenges in the absence of a confidential sounding board (mentor). As a result, employees' experience is often underutilised who can help colleagues make difficult decisions, learn quicker and build confidence.

All timings should be considered approximate – content should be managed to best meet the needs of the group and to maintain pace and engagement.

  • Introduction
  • What is and what isn't mentoring
  • How does mentoring benefit people and organisations?
  • Mentoring techniques, situational, transactional
  • How to implement mentoring in your organisation
