The session will help signpost you towards various free online support whilst looking at options on how to manage your HR function such as free HR templates and sources of advice.
The workshop will also look at the consequences of not managing/neglecting the HR function but also how by managing/maintaining your HR function, how it can help grow and further improve your business potentially in terms of turnover, staff retention and profile of company.

Who is this workshop for?
The workshop would be ideal for businesses and individuals who would like to increase their understanding and confidence of the HR function within their business and the reasons why the management of the HR function is so important. This will be of particular interest for Directors, HR Managers, Managers, Team Leaders/Supervisors or Staff Member who is directly involved/contributes to the HR function.
