Sorry this event has already taken place - please see our forthcoming events list

Many organisations have identified that they regularly lose key members of staff due to a lack of understanding of their individual challenges in the absence of a confidential sounding board (mentor). The experience of employees is often underutilised who can help colleagues make difficult decisions, learn quicker and build confidence.

All timings should be considered approximate – content should be managed to best meet the needs of the group and to maintain pace and engagement.

  • Introduction
  • What is Mentoring, what it isn’t.
  • How does mentoring benefit people and organisations.
  • Mentoring techniques, situational, transactional.
  • How to implement mentoring in your organisation.
