Team Oldham would like to announce this exciting new support offer for Oldham based Businesses in the Retail and/or Hospitality & Catering sectors. If your business sits in those sectors, then the following support package should be of major interest to you.
Team Oldham have looked at what business to consumer companies need in Town Centres to help them build back better. It now has a package of support to help local companies and help them to come back stronger and safer following the recent pandemic. Starting by offering a short, highly informative, one-hour session that will explain what fully funded support is available and how you can access that support going forward. Depending on eligibility and demand, this support, will help you acquire the essential knowledge, develop the skills and self-confidence to manage your business, and in turn, contribute to the stability and development of your business going forward. Delivery of this funded support is done through the GC Business Growth Hub.

Who is this support aimed at?
The above fully funded support is ideal for businesses and individuals who would like to increase their knowledge, understanding and confidence in one, some or all the above topics. This will be of interest for Directors, Managers, Team Leaders/Supervisors, people new to staff management and/or not attended a development session(s) of this type.

Our workshops are delivered free of charge to participants; however, as they are fully-funded, they are classed as state aid to participating businesses and are subject to state aid rules and the associated eligibility criteria:
Greater Manchester Clients Only
SME: Small or medium enterprise i.e. less than 250 (Full Time Equivalent) employees
Annual Turnover less than 50 Million Euro OR Balance Sheet less than 43 million Euro.
