Whether you’re looking for a short-term way to see you through the current economic situation or for longer term direction to consolidate new ideas, this session will show you how to start and take you through practical exercises working on your business.
Businesses need to respond quickly to changing circumstances. We will follow a Strategy development process using useful tools to help you quickly evaluate your company strategy, identify how to change in these uncertain times, efficiently reformulate your ideas and move swiftly to implementation.
This is a practical workshop where you will work on your business.
During this session, we will explore how to:
- Assess your current situation
- Update your Mission
- Set new goals and KPIs to measure progress
- Explore strategies and tactics you can achieve
- Develop an Implementation plan that will help you thrive.

Our workshops are delivered free of charge to participants; however, as they are fully-funded, they are classed as state aid to participating businesses and are subject to state aid rules and the associated eligibility criteria:
Greater Manchester Clients Only
SME: Small or medium enterprise i.e. less than 250 (Full Time Equivalent) employees
Annual Turnover less than 50 Million Euro OR Balance Sheet less than 43 million Euro
Attendance is subject to eligibility criteria - businesses must be based in Greater Manchester and one person maximum per business is able to attend each workshop.
